Good Manners — Our House Rules in Full
The six things we ask of every guest, and a little more on how the card room actually runs.
How a Session Actually Runs
You'll be handed your chips at the start of a session, six stacks to a player, counted out by hand and checked once by whoever's dealing that table.
They carry no cash value and are never bought, sold or exchanged for money at any point — at close, every chip goes back into the drawer, and nothing leaves the room with you.

No Wagering
Nothing is staked and no cash prize is offered, ever.
No Machines
Every hand is dealt by a person — no pokies, no poker machines.
Nothing Online
The card room itself has no app and no online booking of a hand.
Before You Sit Down
- ID gets asked for at the door from anyone who looks under thirty; the house doesn't make exceptions on age.
- The dining room keeps its own booking list, entirely apart from the card room's; neither vouches for the other.
- Turning up without booking is fine most nights, but Friday tables fill fast.
- Coats and bags stay at the rack by the door, not over the back of a chair at a full table.
